Rare Cards: Rare cards are identified by the card name being silver and the image not being holofoiled.
Super Rare: Super rare cards are identified by a black or white card name and an image that is holofoil.
Ultra Rare: These cards have gold names and a holofoil image. These also have Gold versions where the lettering is gold and the holographic image has a gold border.
Ultimate Rare: Ultimate rare cards have embossed foil on the artwork. This includes the borders, attribute, and level stars. The cards are printed gold just like the ultra rares.
Ghost Rare: These look like they have really shiny silver lettering, and some color removed from the image itself.
Holographic Rare: These have silver lettering like a secret rare card, but have many colors removed from the image while the rest of the card is holographic.
Secret Rare: These cards have a few types, but are identified through having a silver name and a unique holofoil image called a parallel holofoil.
- Prismatic Secret Rare - These are European promo cards where the holographic image use a different patter than the North American cards.
- Ultra Secret Rare - These have the ultra rare foil on the image, but a silver card name like a secret are.
- Secret Ultra Rare - These have the secret rare foil on the image with a gold card name like ultra rares.
Parallel Rare: There are also a few types of parallel rares, but you can identify these cards because they have the entire card surface holographic.
- Normal Parallel Rare - These have a black or white title.
- Super Parallel Rare - Just like a super rare, but with a coating that makes the surface reflective
- Duel Terminal Parallel Rare - These have different coating
- Ultra Parallel Rare - These have gold titles like the ultra rares, with a reflective coating on the card
